SYNOPSIS

The Kern County Department of Human Services has the difficult task of creating awareness and empathy for a vulnerable population of children deemed “CSEC" or “Commercially Sexually Exploited Children.” Our longtime partner eMedia approached Scope Studios to write and produce a 60-Second Commercial that would explain the need and help to create awareness for this vulnerable group.
