SYNOPSIS

Adventist Health Bakersfield & Kern Medical are two of the leading medical institutions in Kern County, and while they serve completely different populations within the county, their approach to care and commitment to the community is remarkably similar. Scope Studios worked alongside both institutions and their marketing times to conceive, plan and execute a recruitment video that would help them attract new physicians that believe in the shared mission of the two organizations. We filmed across Bakersfield in both hospitals with their current roster of specialists and put together a comprehensive recruitment tool.
