Community Action Partnership of Kern helps families in Kern County find help to afford their electricity, gas, and propane bills. Scope Studios worked with CAPK and their marketing agency HeySalty to create an advertisement that wasn’t heavy-handed or exaggerated, but rather an honest, down-to-Earth depiction of real families who could use an extra bit of help.
